Due to the Covid related Government guidance
the way services previously operated is not possible to reinstated
due to social distancing requirements. To ensure that the service
is able to protect people who use the service and staff, and adhere
to the government requirements, the service provision has had to be
adapted. This item will present the recovery model to
Cabinet.
