The 2026 Annual Public Health Report focusses
on neighbourhood health, the
Government’s new programme, which is part of the NHS 10 Year
Plan. A series of case studies showcase how prevention is being
strengthened across the borough through Telford & Wrekin
Integrated Place Partnership. The case studies demonstrate how the
council with community and voluntary organisations have been
working with primary and community NHS services to support our
residents stay healthy and independent,
spot problems earlier.
