Agenda and draft minutes

The Chair announced that as the meeting was inquorate and no items of business could be transacted and that the meeting would be adjourned and a new meeting would be arranged in the New Year.

The Chair thanked everyone for their attendance and wished everyone the best for the Christmas Season.
